Southern California Youth Citizenship Seminar June 18-22, 2012 Seminar Details LOCATION AND CONTACT INFORMATION Pepperdine University 24255 Pacific Coast Highway Malibu, California 90263-4443 (310) 506-6073 2012 DATES Monday, June 18, (7-8:30 am check-in) through Friday, June 22, (9:30 pm check-out) NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE DATES OR CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES. HOUSING AND MEALS Students will live in Pepperdine University dormitories supervised by adult Seminar Counselors. All meals (observing ALL dietary requirements) will be provided in the campus cafeteria beginning with lunch on Monday, June 18, and concluding with a final banquet on Friday evening, June 22. COST/FINANCING There is no direct cost to the student. Tuition, on-campus housing, meals and materials are provided. Transportation to and from campus is NOT included. The YCS experience is the culmination of six months of planning, and operates on a budget of more than $300,000 in privately donated funds - this equates to a scholarship of over $1,100 per student!
